VTC Academy · Consultant network

Learn commodity trade. Earn from every deal.

A structured programme for individuals who want to originate international commodity trade deals globally — with full senior-desk support on execution and a transparent commission model that rewards both origination and collective effort. No prior experience required.

Prior commodity trade experience required to enrol

Our structured curriculum takes an individual with no prior experience in commodity trade to a fully capable, deal-ready consultant. Trainees join the Vanguard Consultant Network, submit leads under contractual protection, and earn on every closure while the senior desk handles diligence, contracting, and banking.

§ 02Who this is for

Built for originators, not observers.

Group I

Career switchers

Professionals from banking, logistics, sales, or engineering who want to redirect their network and skills into an income stream tied to real, transacting deals. The Academy converts existing professional relationships into origination flow.

Group II

Independent consultants

Existing consultants and brokers who want senior-desk backing on execution, banking-instrument fluency they don't have to hire in, and contractual commission protection under NCND / IMFPA — the pieces that turn introductions into closures.

Group III

Fresh entrants

Individuals with no prior commodity trade experience but the discipline to learn a documentary business. Full onboarding across trade docs, deal-flow procedure, commodity terminology, and client-communication protocols.

§ 03How it works

Four steps from enrolment to your first commission.

Enrol

Enrol as a trainee consultant

Apply to join the Vanguard Consultant Network. On acceptance you receive full onboarding across trade documentation, deal-flow procedure, commodity terminology, and client-communication protocols.

Source

Source & submit a qualified lead

Identify and introduce a verified buyer or seller to the VTC desk. A qualified lead is a principal with confirmed product availability or purchasing mandate and demonstrated financial capacity.

Close

Senior desk manages closure

Our senior team takes full responsibility for due diligence, contract structuring, negotiation, and banking coordination. Your position in the commission structure is registered and protected under IMFPA from the moment you submit.

Earn

Commission distributed to all active members

On deal closure: 20% to the originating consultant, 80% shared equally across all active consultants — ensuring collective effort is collectively rewarded and every active member benefits when the network wins.

You bring the introduction. The desk brings the close.

§ 04What you get

Access, protection, and a network.

Geographic scope

Source leads from any country. No territorial restriction on your activity or earning potential within the network. If a buyer is real and a seller is qualified, the desk moves the deal — wherever the deal lives.

Lead protection

Submitted leads are registered under your name at the point of submission. Commission entitlement is contractually secured through IMFPA. Circumvention by other network members or the desk itself is barred.

Training provided

Comprehensive onboarding in commodity trade, documentation, finance instruments, and negotiation. No prior experience required — the curriculum takes you from first principles to deal-ready in three phases.

Collective growth

As the network grows, deal flow increases and each active member's passive income from team-sourced transactions grows proportionally. You earn on your own leads and on the network's.
