Vanguard Verify is only as strong as the people who show up at a plant, a warehouse or a bank branch on our behalf. We are recruiting one City Master per city — first qualified applicant claims the seat — plus an unlimited network of Sub Verifiers under each Master. Paid per case, no employment relationship, no minimum hours.

§ 01Two ranks · one network

City Master or Sub Verifier.

Every city has one Master and unlimited Sub Verifiers reporting through them. The Master owns the city, coordinates cases, and earns an override on every Sub Verifier they onboard.

Rank I · One per city

City Master

Owns your city on the Vanguard Verifier map. Coordinates all case assignments locally, runs Bank Calls end-to-end, and earns an override on every Sub Verifier active under you.

You handle
  • Bank Call cases end-to-end — coordinate the counterparty's Authority to Verify, place the call to the issuing bank's Trade Finance officer, file the report
  • Escalated Site Inspections that need a senior verifier
  • Deep DD dossier assists — corporate registry pulls, litigation searches, adverse media reviews in your jurisdiction
  • Sub-Verifier onboarding and quality control for your city
You need
  • Local language + English
  • Prior finance, legal, audit, investigative journalism, private-investigator, insurance-adjuster or KYC background preferred
  • A LinkedIn profile with a verifiable work history
  • Government-issued ID and a clean criminal record check

Sub Verifier

Handle Site Inspections and Deep DD assist cases locally. Report through your City Master. No overhead, no client acquisition — Vanguard sends the case, you execute, we pay you per case.

You handle
  • Site Inspections — attend the counterparty address, follow the photo protocol, file the standardised report within 72 hours
  • Deep DD dossier assist — collect local documents, translate, and stage into the evidence vault
  • Physical document pickups where the counterparty cannot courier
You need
  • Smartphone with a working camera and GPS
  • Ability to attend addresses in your city on 5-day notice
  • Written English at a professional level
  • Government-issued ID
No cap on how many per city
§ 02How the network is run

Vanguard is the client. You execute.

§ 02.01

No client acquisition on you

You never chase clients, invoice buyers, or negotiate rates. Vanguard books the case, briefs you, and pays you on standard case terms. You focus on executing the site inspection, the bank call or the DD pull cleanly.

§ 02.02

One-time joining check

Applications are reviewed manually against the identity, background and jurisdiction requirements above. A small refundable admin fee applies at the point of acceptance — full amount refunded if the application is rejected.

§ 02.03

Per-case payment

Every completed case is paid within 15 working days of Vanguard receiving payment from the client. SWIFT MT103 internationally; local rails where corridor allows; PayPal or Wise on request. Rates and mechanics are covered in the Confidential Brief.

§ 02.04

Rank progression & referrals

Sub Verifiers who consistently deliver on time can be elevated to City Master when the current seat opens. Verifier-to-verifier referrals earn a bounty payable after the recruited verifier completes their first paid case. Full mechanics in the Brief.

Priority cities aligned with active trade corridors. Every city listed as Open has no City Master yet — first qualified applicant claims the seat. Not seeing your city? Apply anyway — we open new cities as demand builds.
